Believe it or not, there is American Idol news to report other than just who the next judge will be. Reportedly, season 10's show will be partnering with MySpace and allowing singers the opportunity to audition online. In a released statement, audition videos could be uploaded to MySpace's American Idol mini-site through October 6.

Entries must be sung a cappella and chosen from an approved list of songs which are said to include Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine," Keith Urban's "Kiss a Girl" and Barry Manilow's "Copacabana. The videos are limited to 40 seconds each and only one per person.

Of course, this announcement follows the announcement of Jennifer Lopez' reported $12 million dollar, 1 year deal. As of now, it appears that Aerosmith's Steven Tyler and sole remaining AI Alum Randy Jackson will man the judge's table.
