Thomas Media, the top rated radio group based in Jackson, will launch a new sports-themed talk on Monday, September 27, for its Fox Sports affiliate, 1460 WJAK. The show will be hosted by Union University commentator and passionate sports fan Stephen Williams.  Known for his animated and colorful sports style, Williams will host "Jackson Sports Drive" from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.

Broadcasting from the Thomas Media studios, located off historic Shannon Street, the show will be another opportunity for West Tennesseeans to engage in the back-and-forth debates on sports, on the air and online at 1460wjak.com.

"Jackson Sports Drive" will be the first local call-in show for the station that affiliated with Fox Sports Radio earlier this year. Fox Sports Radio is an international radio network available on almost 400 affiliates across the United States, Canada, and New Zealand.

WJAK is also the home for Dan Patrick and Jim Rome, two of the highest rated sports talk hosts in the country. The station broadcasts sports 24 hours a day on 1460am and streams live on 1460WJAK.com
